1. Do you take orders for custom wood components or products?

Yes, Conception MB specializes in producing custom and specialty wood products.

2. Can you machine complex parts?

We can produce just about any kind of part at our machining centers, and our only constraint is component size (must be between 2.5 cm and 2 m).

3. Is there a minimum quantity on orders?

There are no minimum quantity requirements. You can even order just one part, if that’s all you need.

4. What type of machinery do you use?

We work with multifunctional 5 axis machining centers, CNC cutters, double-ended tenoners, milling machines, 8 head double sanders, and other state-of-the-art equipment.

5. What are the benefits of manufacturing with numerical controls (CNC)?

By working with computer-aided drafting techniques and multifunctional CNC controls, we can provide a host of advantages:

6. Do I have to provide my drawings?

We take your hand-drafted drawings and use our software to reproduce them as long as the required parameters are indicated. If you use CAD/CAM tools, we will analyze your data and use your computerized diagrams to program our machines.

7. Do I have to provide my materials?

We normally order the right materials to perfectly fit with the client's project. Although, if you possess basic materials you would like us to use in your project, we are open for discussion.

8. What types of materials can you work with?

We can machine solid woods such as yellow birch, maple, oak, cherry, mahogany, and exotic woods.

10. What about shipping and delivery times?

Our clients usually pick up their products at our loading dock. We help you load them onto your vehicle on wood pallets using a forklift. Our delivery times are generally very fast (a few days) depending on the quantity ordered. On request, we can pick up your materials and deliver your parts.

11. Is it possible to develop products with your company?

We offer a product development service for manufacturing new products based on clear specifications. Thanks to the flexibility of our specialists and the range of our equipment, the possibilities are virtually endless.
